Since November 2018 we have been supporting our client in providing a maintenance response across the John Lewis Partnership and Dixons Group estates for displays large and small.
Our teams are responsive, able to work fast and provide a flexible solution, whether that be swapping a simple counter-top unit (CTU); or investigating and resolving the root cause of a content malfunction.
A rapid response was crucial in performing a system update across over 70 stores in 3 days, in December. Our client expected a significant fail rate based on their experience with previous installation contractors, but we achieved a 100% successful update within this tight timescale and across differing retail estates.
All our maintenance or update visits are comprehensive, with our teams regularly picking up extra issues and resolving on site to ensure units are fully functioning and performing to the maximum in those busy shopper environments.
